Policies

  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits may be sent via Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or a virtual Visa gift card.

    The deposit must be received within 24 hours of confirming our date and time. Bookings are not considered secured until the deposit has been received.

    The remaining balance must be paid in cash no later than my arrival. All payment arrangements must be completed at the beginning of our time together. Any delay in payment will result in forfeiture of your reserved time and deposit.

    If we are meeting in a private setting, the remaining cash should be placed on the bathroom countertop prior to my arrival. If we are meeting in a public setting, payment should be provided through a discreet, pre-arranged handoff. Some examples include incorporating the cash into a small gift, placing it in a gift bag or envelope, or finding another creative and thoughtful method that you communicate to me in advance. Discretion and ingenuity are always appreciated.

    Please note that I will briefly excuse myself to verify that the agreed-upon amount has been provided. Once that's taken care of, I can focus entirely on you and enjoy our time together without any distractions.

    You are paying for my time - my sparkling personality and spontaneity are simply bonuses. 😉

  • Cancellations made more than two weeks prior to your booking qualify for either a deposit transfer to a future booking within three months at no additional charge, or a refund less a $200 administrative fee.

    Cancellations made between two weeks and 72 hours before your booking are not eligible for a refund; however, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking within the following three months. Any transferred deposit not used within that three-month period will be forfeited.

    Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits cancelled within this timeframe are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All communication should remain discreet, respectful, and professional. Messages containing explicit language, graphic descriptions, or explicit requests will not receive a response.

    Any specific preferences, interests, or requests can be discussed in person. I do not engage in detailed pre-planning in advance. Part of the experience is allowing things to unfold naturally.

    After all, a little spontaneity is part of the fun - let's not spoil the surprise. 😉

  • For the safety and comfort of everyone involved, I conduct a thorough screening process before confirming any booking. Failure to provide the requested information may result in the discontinuation of communication and the booking process.

    I reserve the right to be selective regarding whom I choose to meet and to decline bookings at my discretion.

    References from previous providers are highly valued and can significantly improve the likelihood of securing a booking. Established references help facilitate a smoother screening process and build mutual trust from the outset.

    For respectful and courteous clients, I am happy to provide a reference upon request with at least one week's notice.

    Firearms are not permitted during our booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the booking with no refund.

    If at any point during our time together I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or disrespected, I reserve the right to end the booking immediately. Any remaining time will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

    Mutual respect is the foundation of a great experience. Treat me well, and I'll treat you well. 💕

  • Your booking begins at our agreed-upon start time and concludes at the end of the reserved duration. Late arrivals do not extend the booking or result in additional time being added. How you choose to use your allotted time is entirely up to you. 😉

    If you decide during our booking that you would like to extend our time together, I’ll be happy to consider it, schedule permitting. Additional time added during the booking is subject to availability and a minimum contribution of $1,000 per extra hour.

    Please arrive freshly showered and with clean teeth. If you prefer to freshen up upon arrival, you are welcome to do so. Please note this will not result in an extension of time at the end of the booking.

    I will arrive prepared, polished, and ready to enjoy our time together from the very beginning.

    Good hygiene, punctuality, and mutual courtesy go a long way toward ensuring a wonderful experience for us both.

  • While gratuities are never expected, they are certainly memorable and very much appreciated. Cash is, of course, a timeless favorite. If you'd like to make me smile with something a little more personal, my gifts page offers a curated selection of things that I would completely adore and that would completely win me over. ✨

  • Have something specific you'd like to see me wear? I'd be delighted to accommodate wardrobe requests whenever possible.

    Simple wardrobe requests can be arranged for an additional $100. More elaborate or specialized requests start at $200 and may vary depending on the item and level of preparation required.

    All wardrobe requests must be discussed and approved in advance, and the associated fee must be paid with your deposit. The more notice you provide, the better I can ensure everything is just right.

  • No video calls, video recording, audio recording, photography, or other forms of audio or visual recording are permitted during our time together.

    Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the booking with no refund. Such incidents will be reported to relevant screening networks and may result in legal action where appropriate.

    Respect for privacy is non-negotiable and helps ensure a comfortable, secure experience for everyone involved.

  • How to Request a Booking

    To start our time, please complete the form on the booking page thoroughly and thoughtfully.

    In addition, please email (laylacarter13@proton.me) a clear photo of yourself holding your ID next to your face. Please ensure both you and the ID are fully visible and legible.

    Providing both an ID and verification selfie is a non-negotiable part of my screening process. References are appreciated, but they do not replace these requirements.

    Your privacy and discretion are important to me, and all screening materials are handled with care and confidentiality.

    Once screening has been approved, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

    All initial contact must be made through my booking request form.

    I value thoughtful, attentive communication and believe it is best shared during our time together in person. As such, I do not engage in ongoing conversations by email or text that are unrelated to arranging a booking unless appropriate compensation has been arranged.

  • I operate on a gift-based donation model. Contributions are made in appreciation of my time, and my time alone.

    The more time we spend together, the more favorable the effective hourly rate becomes. Extended bookings allow us to relax, settle into each other's company, and enjoy a more natural, unhurried experience.

    When considering a booking, I encourage you to think less about hours and more about the type of experience you would like to create. Some of the most memorable connections happen when neither of us is watching the clock.

  • Incall / Outcall

    For all first-time meetings, I arrange a private hotel suite for us, selected to ensure comfort, privacy, and discretion. This allows us to meet in a neutral, professional setting where we can both feel at ease. The cost of the hotel and any related arrangements are covered with appropriate compensation.

    As we build rapport over time, location options may become more flexible and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

    Travel Fees

    For bookings outside the metro area, a travel fee of $100 per hour of round-trip drive time applies. This covers time, distance, and logistics associated with travel beyond my local area.
